Far Cry 2

Far cry 2 is a free roam shooter that takes place in Africa. You play as a selected character that you pick when you start up a new game. You come to Africa seeking out a arms dealer who as been supplying both sides of a bloody war with weapons, The Jackal. The game for the most part has a a lot of realism. You have to sleep or you will become fatigued, also early in the game you become sick and need to seek out medicine through out the game. The game will have you driving all over the place for missions, the driving is pretty cool to be driving from the driver's seat, though after the first 20 mission it begins to get a little tedious driving from point a the point b back to point a to turn in the mission. Though the environment really shines through, but after a while it begins to be the same thing over and over and over and even though the graphics are great, it got boring to see the same thing every where you go. The fire fights were very easy, you could out smart your enemy by hiding behind a tree. On feature that I loved and still love was that the fire spreads depending on the environment dryer the area around the faster the fire will spread, you can make it so your can make a ring of fire around a group of enemies. My final thoughts on this game was, it was fun for a while then it began to just drop off and become tedious. Id give it a 7/10.
